SIGA Technologies, Inc. (SIGA) (NASDAQ: SIGA), a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services exercised a procurement option for the delivery of approximately $113 million of oral TPOXX® treatment courses.
